* Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
* Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
* Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be accepted for return.

* Your order number
* The product(s) you wish to return
* A brief reason for the return

Our customer care team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for shipping the product back.

Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
* Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
