Shipping & Return

Your order confirmation email will include the estimated delivery time. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on the selected items and shipping method.
Each order is carefully prepared before shipment. While most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, some may require additional processing time.
Kindly review your tracking information to determine whether the package was delivered to a neighbour. If it has not been received and the tracking status remains unchanged for five days, please contact our customer support team at info@kiaraayurveda.com
If the driver isn’t able to reach you at home, your tracking details will show whether the parcel was left with a neighbour or taken to a local branch. In some situations, the courier may try to deliver it again.

Delivery:

Complimentary shipping is available within Germany for orders of €49 and above. Orders below this amount are subject to a €4.99 shipping fee.

We will send you an email containing a link to generate your return label.

Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest Pack station or DHL branch. You will receive a receipt for your shipment.

Once we are notified of your return, we will process your refund promptly and with care.
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We appreciate your patience and thank you for choosing Kiara Ayurveda.
No, return shipping is fully covered by us. You are only responsible for any reduction in the product’s value if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to evaluate its nature, characteristics, or functionality.
